OMEC to Participate in the Second Implementation Dialogue on Renewable Energy Investments in the MENA Region
OMEC will participate in the Second Implementation Dialogue on “Increasing the Role of the EU Private Sector in Renewable Energy Investments in the MENA Region”, hosted by Commissioner Dubravka Šuica on 9 June 2026 at the Berlaymont Building in Brussels.
The dialogue will focus on the investment dimension of the EU Pact for the Mediterranean, exploring how the European private sector can play a greater role in investments under the Trans-Mediterranean Renewable Energy and Clean Tech Initiative (T-MED). Discussions will also address the implications of the EU’s Economic Security Strategy and ways to strengthen EU competitiveness and engagement in the region.
