OME Gender Equality Plan
As the importance of the gender dimension is getting recognition at policy level and in various industry fields – including energy, OME decided to proactively engage by developing a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) in line with the best practices at international level.
The GEP covers a four-year period (2023-2027).
