OMEC Task Force on Circular Economy Seminar
Within the framework of the OMEC Task Force on Circular Economy, a seminar will take place on 28 September 2026 in Rome, kindly hosted by Eni.
The seminar will showcase the outcomes and initiatives developed by the Task Force while providing a platform to exchange experiences and best practices on circular economy in the energy sector. Discussions will address topics including resource resilience, circular energy solutions, biomethane, biodiversity protection, waste valorisation, end-of-life management, and sustainable lifecycle approaches.
Held on the eve of the Euro-Mediterranean Water Forum 2026, the seminar will contribute to broader discussions on sustainability and resource resilience, fostering dialogue and cooperation among Mediterranean stakeholders.
